Due to the digital nature of our QR ordering software, all B2B subscription charges are final. We do not offer refunds once a SaaS service plan or software tier has been activated and deployed for your restaurant setup.
For end-customers placing food orders via our QR system, payment settlements are routed directly to the respective restaurant. Advance India Infotech does not handle food cancellation or quality disputes. Any disputes regarding food, cancellations, or refunds must be handled directly with the management.
In the rare event that a customer payment is successfully deducted but the order token is not generated due to a verified technical failure on our platform, the transaction will be automatically rolled back.
